Neopolis Development Group, LLC, is a Mississippi-based development company that is dedicated to traditional neighborhood development, also known as new urbanism. Neopolis is the developer of several traditional neighborhoods including The Town of Lost Rabbit in Madison, Mississippi; Flowood Town Center in Flowood, Mississippi; as well as other new urban projects. Neopolis is owned and managed by Richard Ridgway, Mark Frascogna, and David Lane. Collectively, they represent more than 85 years of real estate experience (residential, commercial, and infrastructure development), as well as brokerage and leasing expertise.
